Once reported able to sell 1 million units within 40 days, the LG back a new record with sales of 2 million units of Optimus One in less than last month. The company was able to sell 1.3 million units in North America, 450 thousand units in South Korea, 200 thousand units in Europe and 50 thousand units in Asia.
LG is the handset's Android Optimus One Froyo with 600 MHz processor. These handsets are sold in many variants, such as LG Vortex, Optimus S, Optimus T, and U Optimus in the United States. LG Optimus One will also be upgraded to the Android 2.3 and LG own Gingerbread hopes the handset.
Affordable Android is capable of up to 10 million units sold. Until now, Indonesia has not yet launched the LG product but it is expected this handset will be coming soon in Indonesia.
