Motorola Inc. business unit, sued Apple Inc. over alleged patent infringement 18. The lawsuit was filed today by Motorola Mobility Inc., a unit of Motorola, based in Schaumur, Illinois, USA.Mobility Motorola accuses Apple has violated patents on how to spread the message if traffic on the iPhone.

Apple spokeswoman Kristin Huguet declined to comment on the lawsuit. Motorola also filed a lawsuit against Apple to the International Trade Commission (ITC) for violating 18 patents. The company is asking the ITC banned imports of products that violate Apple's patents to America and stop the advertising, marketing and product distribution.
